I started my journey with FiveS Digital in 2023 as a Data Entry Operator, my first taste of responsibility. When my manager encouraged me to join the RiSE Program, I saw it as my chance to grow and prove myself. Months of training taught me real-time monitoring, business insights, and how to perform under pressure. In 2025, I cleared the interview and moved into my new role as an RTM Data Analyst. This journey taught me that when someone believes in you, you start believing in yourself too.
My journey with FiveS Digital began in 2020 as a Data Entry Operator. In 2022, I discovered the RiSE Program, which became a turning point in my career. It helped me find my voice, sharpen my skills, and uncover a genuine interest in HR. After completing the program, I joined the Talent Acquisition team in 2024. Today, as an HR Executive, I’m proud to be where I once dreamed of being.
