Every organisation gets built with a dream. However, when we started FiveS, it was not the case. Way back in 2009, our Chairman Satyanarayan wanted to support the tribes in a then small town Udaipur in Rajasthan, India. That is how FiveS came into being. Fast forward in 2015, while we were still about 100/150 people company, I left a well paying job to take plunge into entrepreneurship. Since then, it has been a roller coaster ride.

As we ride the AI-led era, where technology is disrupting itself and various job roles, at FiveS, we are truly focusing on building a right blend of AI (artificial intelligence) and HI (Human Intelligence). Who will lead, AI or HI, like all, we are also figuring out the same. However, our AI labs continues to experiment, fail, learn, build robust products. Today, the two business units, CX and Data for AI are both growing with global mindset.
With Data for AI, we are enabling businesses solve complex use cases with right and highly accurate dataset, be it AI, ML, Computer Vision, NLP, or be it GenAI. With OaaS / transactions based model, we are working on data training, finetuning, RLHF, red teaming use cases for Autonomous vehicle, eCommerce, logistics, security, GenAI models build up. In addition to this, process workflow automation use cases like - Finance & Accounts, HR processes, Healthcare, Insurance, and Banking use cases.
Within CX offering, our partnership with players like CXFirst.ai is becoming a strong force to build robust AI + HI models. With our focus on digital businesses like eCommerce, D2C, retail, consumer durable, healthcare, and BFSI verticals, we aim to deliver end-to-end vertical AI integration for the suitable use cases.
With the BPO/ITeS industry poised to grow at sub 10% CAGR to $400B, and AI in CX market to $100B+ by 2030, we are looking to create sustainable impact across the geographical locations where we partner. We are expanding beyond India, with focus on people impact across Africa, SEA, Europe, LATAM. US, EU, ME, and India remain our priority as we build the business as a generational one.
