The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Education and Skills :-
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- More than 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other HR-related tools.
- HR Operations:- Oversee day-to-day HR operations at the site, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy. Coordinate with the central HR team for policy implementation and alignment with organizational guidelines.
- Employee Relations:- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Performance Management:- Implement and oversee the performance management process at the site, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters, coaching them to enhance employee productivity and engagement. Identify training and development needs and collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver relevant programs.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:- Partner with the recruitment team to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and participate in the selection process for site-specific roles. Support employee retention efforts by implementing effective engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and career development opportunities. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements for employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:- Drive site-specific HR projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and culture-building activities. Keep abreast of industry best practices and legal requirements, proposing innovative HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
