Fresher with good knowledge/1 years experience will be preferred

• Responding to end user’s Incident/support requests. Contacting the end user to find out the nature of the problem. Able to provide solutions to end users on remote access. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. Advising on software or hardware upgrades. Providing basic training in computer operation and management. Assigning task, providing solution and close daily tickets raised for site level within SLA
