• 12th/ Current student or recent graduate in HR, Education, Psychology, or related fields. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with learning management systems (preferred). • Creative mindset and ability to design visually appealing training materials. • Eagerness to learn and contribute to employee development initiatives. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Assist in designing and delivering engaging training programs and workshops. • Support in creating learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. • Help organize and coordinate training schedules, sessions, and logistics. • Track and analyze training attendance, feedback, and outcomes to identify improvement areas. • Maintain and update training records and databases. • Research and recommend innovative learning tools and methods to enhance training programs.
