Lead and manage a team of BPO staff to achieve operational and performance targets. • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency. • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to higher management as necessary. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and submit reports on team performance and make recommendations for improvement
