Graduate in any discipline, Business Administration from Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales training and quality analysis, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Minimum 3 years of experience in INB & OBD Sales Process from Travel & Hospitality Industry Exhibit exceptional communication skills, meeting the Versant level 5 standard Sound knowledge of MS Office tools, preferably PowerPoint and MS. Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stake holders, peers etc. Flexible to work in a 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope) Proficiency in using CRM software, and quality management tools. Desirable Language: Excellent in English & Hindi Familiarity with the cruise industry is advantageous.
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team and take on the responsibility of training production operators and quality control personnel. Training Skillsets: o Design, develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for international and Domestic market. o Tailor training materials to meet specific needs and ensure alignment with industry standards and company policies. o Utilize innovative training methods including hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and multimedia presentations to enhance engagement and knowledge retention. o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. o Gather feedback from trainees and curate training content accordingly. o Identify areas for continuous improvement in processes and quality control measures. Quality Skillsets: o Conduct quality audits for inbound and outbound sales campaigns to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. o Analyse call recordings, chats and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. o Provide feedback and coaching to sales representatives to improve their performance. o Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and prepare regular reports for management. o Able to upload records / documentation on QMS, DMS & LMS Systems. Communication Skill: o Exhibit exceptional communication skills, meeting the Versant level 5 standard. o Facilitate clear and effective communication between the sales team and other departments. o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team success.
