● Graduate in relevant field. ● Min 1-2 years of required as an Assistant Manager Quality in any BPO ● Professional & committed to work. ● Complete knowledge of the quality domain. ● Fluent communication in English and Hindi ● Should be good at people and people management. ● In-depth knowledge of performance metrics ● Strong data analysis skill ● Candidate should be aware of all Team Leader / AM KPI metrics and calculations ● Flexible in 24x7 working atmosphere
