Compliance & Investigation (C&I) – Preference will be given to Quality Analyst Background Professional. • Essential Qualifications: Graduate, • Minimum Two years’ work experience in BPO

• • Understand the organization expectation and conduct various applicable internal audits to find out the gaps (process, Hygiene, Ethical, Fraud etc....)
• • Analyze the data to identify any potentially fraudulent activity
• • Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account takeover, friendly fraud, theft, and similar other risks.
• • Interact with customers to validate the information and to confirm or cancel authorizations.
• • Aware of Service & Revenue Assurance & Compliance aspects of Quality.
• • Candidate needs to understand Training, Quality and Operational aspects.
• • Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
• • Provides reports by collecting available data, analyze & summarize the non-compliance and provide suggestions for improvement
• • Completes audit work on given timeline & submit report timely
