• Should be able to engage NHT Batches and conduct refresher. Should be able to develop NHT module and be able to develop content of refreshers planned. TNI sessions to be conducted and efficacy to be mapped. Ensure Audit targets are met for nesting and feedback is based shared on real time. Work with Ops and Quality to ensure agents are performing in BQ. Nesting process follow. - Maintain high level of data integrity at all times. - Prepare & maintain detailed analysis along with review data pointers for all applicable KPIs. Process suggestions to be shared with client. Briefing/PKT and dip checks to be carried out and ensure reports been shared accordingly. Behavioral- Professional behavior is expected
