Purpose

FiveS Digital has partnered up with several non-profit organizations like Dharohar and Keep Moving Movement to ensure that the professionals of our country stay relevant and develop key market-ready skills. As part of our social responsibility initiatives, we support the upskilling needs of young professionals, especially from tier 2 or 3 cities and rural areas, with an emphasis on women employment. Due to our continuous efforts, the ASIA BPO Summit accorded FiveS Digital with the “Social Change Agent” award in 2014. Since then, our organization has been recognized as the “Changemaker” by Global Action on Poverty (GAP) initiative supported by the Tata Trusts. And, by gaining recognition for our efforts and commitment to make a difference, FiveS Digital has earned the prestigious membership of Global Impact Sourcing Coalition (GISC), which includes members of leading conglomerates like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc.
